What insurance plans do you take? We participate in most PPO and Indemnity insurance plans. We do not participate in any HMO or DMO plans.
Do you take payments? Patient copays are due at the time of service. We accpet cash, check,
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. Care Credit is also available with several payment options.
How much will my treatment cost? After a complete examination, we will present you with a treatment plan, we will verify your insurance coverage, and then give you an estimate of anticipated out of pocket expenses.
Do you place silver-mercury amalgam fillings? No. We utilize tooth-colored composite resin fillings.
What if I have pain over the weekend? Please call the office, 623-362-9616.
At what age should I bring my child in for their first visit? If you believe that
there is a dental problem, we will see anyone of any age. However, most child cannot cooperate for routine examination, xrays, and cleaning
until age four.
Should I be in the treatment room when my child receives dental treatment? During examination
and diagnosis, we want to hear your concerns and answer your questions. However, during treatment (including cleanings), we need to give full attention to your child and our patient. Therefore, we ask you remain in the reception room.
Should I bring my child to the dental office when I receive dental treatment? When you are in the dental chair, you will be unable to properly supervise your child. Unless your child is capable of sitting alone in the reception room, we request for your child's safety that they remain at home or with a sitter.
Do I really need xrays? Xrays are an essential part of a complete dental examination. We only take
necessary and apporpriate xrays.
